Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tool Room Deputy Manager located in Bawal, Haryana, India.

1) Create and Improve Products with automation

2) Determine Specifications.

3) Develop part from Prototypes to SOP

4) Prepare BOM with respect to the product.

5) Prepare comprehensive project plans.

6) Understand the drawing and design the tool as per requirements.

7) Analyse new components, materials and technologies.

8) Strong interacting with customers, suppliers and internal resources.

9) Knowledge of Risk management.

10) APQP aware ness as per AIAG manual

11) Awareness designing software like:- Solid work, UG & AutoCAD

12) Team Handling minimum 7-9 manpower

Qualifications

• Experience in tool maintenance, repair, and calibration
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate with production teams and ensure timely task completion
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
• Problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Technical expertise in precision sheet metal components and automotive industry practices
• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Prior experience in a managerial role within a tool room is a plus
