Title SAP Functional Consultant

As a System Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support for SAP FM, MM, FI, PS modules, addressing any issues or bugs that arise. You will troubleshoot business problems related to other SAP functions, analyze them, and provide effective solutions. Additionally, you will offer ad-hoc training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the SAP PP module. Identifying and proposing enhancements to improve business processes and system efficiency will be a key part of your role. You will be required to maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and user guides. Collaboration with other SAP module consultants will be essential to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the system. As part of incident management, you will prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution. Regular monitoring of the system to guarantee optimal performance and the identification of potential issues before escalation will also be a crucial responsibility. Acting as a liaison between business functions and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements will be part of your daily tasks. Staying updated with the latest SAP module developments and implementing necessary updates and upgrades will be essential to ensure the system's efficiency. Your technical expertise in SAP FM, MM, and FI modules, along with problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, project management skills, training capabilities, and collaboration skills will be key to success in this role.,
