Title Sales and Marketing Assistant

As the Marketing Activities and Sales Development professional, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability in the market. This includes conducting market research to identify market requirements for current and future products, analyzing customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information. You will be tasked with developing and implementing marketing plans and projects for new and existing products, as well as managing the productivity of these initiatives. Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities and results will be essential, along with evaluating marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activity. You will also prepare action plans for effective lead generation and prospecting by individuals and teams, ensuring accurate record-keeping of pricings, sales, and activity reports. Building and nurturing customer relationships will be a key aspect of your role, focusing on customer satisfaction through regular communication and adherence to the 5 principles for improving customer satisfaction. This includes responding to customer inquiries after providing cylinders and power packs, sharing production information, and delivery commitments. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing satisfaction rates will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in team handling, where motivating team spirit, encouraging team members, and focusing on company goals over individual interests are paramount. Emphasizing collective thinking and coordination to achieve set goals will be crucial for success.
