Job Description

The Product Analytics Manager will be responsible for driving data-informed decisions to optimize product performance, enhance customer experiences, and shape the strategic direction of the product. You will manage analytics frameworks, collaborate across teams, and leverage data to unlock growth opportunities in a highly dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing customer behavior, product usage, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Developing actionable insights and recommendations to influence product roadmaps and strategic priorities. - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product health and measure the impact of enhancements. You will also be involved in: - Designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features. - Implementing data-driven strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and compliance teams will be crucial to align analytics with business objectives. Additionally, you will be expected to present findings to executive stakeholders using compelling data storytelling techniques. As the Product Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines and dashboards for real-time reporting and performance tracking. Ensuring streamlined processes for data collection, reporting, and visualization using tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar platforms will also be part of your role. Required Skills & Expertise: Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SQL, Python/R for data manipulation and statistical analysis. - Experience with ETL pipelines (e.g., Airflow) and large datasets. - Advanced knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau. - Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or Mixpanel). Analytical Acumen: - Strong understanding of hypothesis testing, experimentation design, and predictive modeling. - Ability to define KPIs that align with business goals and measure product success effectively. Leadership & Communication: - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience mentoring junior analysts or managing direct reports is preferred. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. - 6+ years of experience in product analytics or business analytics roles within FinTech or high-growth tech companies. - 2+ years managing analytical teams or mentoring junior professionals.,
