Title Metal Fabricator

We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures for pickleball and padel courts. The ideal candidate should have experience in metal fabrication, welding, and construction, with a keen eye for detail and quality. Your role will involve creating and installing metal components to ensure that our sports courts meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and aesthetics. Your responsibilities will include: - Fabricating & Welding: Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components (steel, aluminum, etc.) based on technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for court structures like fences, gates, and posts. - Custom Design Implementation: Collaborating with engineers and designers to bring custom court designs to life, ensuring precise measurements and specifications are met. - Assembly & Installation: Installing fabricated metal parts on-site for pickleball and padel courts, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and structural integrity. - Maintenance & Repairs: Conducting maintenance and repairs on existing metal court structures, including resurfacing, welding, and reinforcing as necessary. - Material Handling: Safely handling and transporting metal materials and equipment to the site while ensuring proper tool usage. - Quality Assurance: Inspecting completed work for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity to ensure compliance with safety standards. - Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations for a safe working environment on-site and in the workshop. - Collaboration: Coordinating with project managers, designers, and other construction teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
