Metal Fabricator

We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team and assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures for pickleball and padel courts. The ideal candidate will possess experience in metal fabrication, welding, and construction, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Your primary responsibility will involve creating and installing metal components to ensure that our sports courts adhere to the highest standards of safety, durability, and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: Fabrication & Welding: You will be tasked with cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components (steel, aluminum, etc.) based on technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for court structures like fences, gates, and posts. Custom Design Implementation: Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to translate custom court designs into reality, ensuring that all elements meet exact measurements and specifications. Assembly & Installation: Conduct on-site installation of fabricated metal parts for pickleball and padel courts, guaranteeing proper fit, alignment, and structural integrity. Maintenance & Repairs: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing metal court structures, which may involve resurfacing, welding, and reinforcing as necessary. Material Handling: Safely manage and transport metal materials and equipment to the site, ensuring the correct usage of all tools. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity to verify compliance with safety standards. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations to maintain a secure working environment both on-site and in the workshop. Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with project managers, designers, and other construction teams to ensure timely and within budget project completion.
