You will be responsible for managing marketing automation platforms, streamlining lead nurturing processes, and analyzing campaign data to optimize performance and improve marketing ROI. Your key responsibilities will include implementing and managing marketing automation tools such as ConvertKit or similar platforms, designing lead nurturing workflows and campaigns to convert prospects into customers, tracking and analyzing campaign performance to provide insights for optimization, managing audience segmentation, and personalizing marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will be expected to report on key metrics and recommend improvements for better results. To excel in this role, you should have 4-7 years of experience in marketing automation and analytics, with proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other automation platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills will be essential to succeed in this position.,
