Roles and Responsibilities : What You'll Do: Customer Engagement & Analysis: Understand and thoroughly analyze customer requirements to identify optimal solutions. Pre-Sales Management: Take ownership of the entire pre-sales function, from handling initial leads to ensuring successful site visits for potential customers. Sales Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate effectively with the sales team post-site visits. You'll be responsible for updating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in Excel. Full Sales Cycle Management: Initiate and manage sales from the pre-launch stage all the way through to final closing, ensuring a high customer satisfaction score throughout the process. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with the customer service team for documentation and to ensure a smooth handover process. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
