Roles and Responsibilities : What You'll Do: Customer Engagement & Analysis: Understand and thoroughly analyze customer requirements to identify optimal solutions. Pre-Sales Management: Take ownership of the entire pre-sales function, from handling initial leads to ensuring successful site visits for potential customers. Sales Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate effectively with the sales team post-site visits. You'll be responsible for updating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in Excel. Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Proactively follow up with customers and manage a robust database of allocated leads, with the ultimate goal of achieving high sales conversion rates. Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure timely and accurate updates on the sales pipeline within our system. You'll also submit any other reports and updates as required by your reporting manager. Sales Planning & Supervision: Assist in preparing comprehensive sales plans and contribute to the supervision of overall sales activities. Database Expansion: Focus on expanding our customer database significantly and maintaining a robust data bank of potential customers. Target Achievement & Collections: Be responsible for achieving high sales targets and managing collections from customers. Product Pitching & Closures: Effectively pitch the unique features of our projects/products to potential customers, ensuring successful sales closures. Full Sales Cycle Management: Initiate and manage sales from the pre-launch stage all the way through to final closing, ensuring a high customer satisfaction score throughout the process. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with the customer service team for documentation and to ensure a smooth handover process. Who You Are: A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong desire to excel in sales. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
