We are looking for Junior Support Executives to join our support team. As a Junior Support Executive, you will be expected to: - Provide first-line support to customers utilizing our SaaS platform. - Aid customers in account setup, configuration, and navigating the platform. - Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone promptly and professionally. - Escalate technical concerns to the senior support team or development team when necessary. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs.
