Title DevOps Manager

As a DevOps Lead at our client's location in Hinjewadi, Pune, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring best practices in automation and infrastructure management. With your expertise in Terraform, AWS, GitLab pipelines, and Cloud Cost Optimization, you will design, implement, and maintain Terraform infrastructure-as-code solutions for cloud deployments while managing and optimizing AWS infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Your role will involve maintaining the CI/CD pipeline, analyzing, executing, and streamlining DevOps practices, supporting cloud cost optimization initiatives, and collaborating with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps processes. You will implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance, while ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices in cloud infrastructure and DevOps workflows. Additionally, you will build, deploy, automate, maintain, manage, and support AWS cloud-based infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security of development, test, and production systems. Your responsibilities will also include system troubleshooting, integrating with other systems, evaluating new cloud technology options, and designing highly available BC/DR strategies for all cloud resources. In this role, you will develop and maintain scalable and automated cloud infrastructure, ensure robust CI/CD pipelines, design and implement effective cloud security strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to assess functional needs and translate them into robust infrastructure solutions. You will stay updated with emerging cloud technologies, troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues, and demonstrate technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, innovation, continuous improvement, communication skills, collaboration, teamwork, adaptability, and security awareness. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with proficiency in AWS cloud services, infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, scripting languages such as Python or Bash, network architectures, cloud security protocols, Linux and Windows server environments, and certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer and Terraform Associate being desirable. Experience with containerization technologies, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and leadership and communication skills are also essential for success in this role.,
