Tinkering Lab Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and creative Tinkering Lab Instructor to lead hands-on innovation-based learning experiences for students. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in STEM, robotics, electronics, and DIY activities. You will be responsible for guiding students through projects, encouraging critical thinking, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging sessions and workshops on robotics, electronics, 3D printing, IoT, and basic coding.
• Assist students in building prototypes and developing innovative ideas.
• Maintain and manage all lab equipment and materials.
• Document students’ project work and progress regularly.
• Organize exhibitions, competitions, and innovation challenges.
• Encourage problem-solving, collaboration, and inquiry-based learning.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the lab environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printing, or similar platforms.
• Experience in tinkering/maker spaces is an added advantage.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about education and innovation.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on skills in electronics and mechanical prototyping.
• Exposure to Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) or similar setups.
• Ability to mentor students in design thinking and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
