Position: Ticketing Executive Location: Saket, Delhi Budget: up to 5.5 LPA Job type: Full time (Day shift) Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for Ticketing Position to handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, cancellations, and rebooking for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and a strong understanding of airline fare rules, schedules, and travel policies. Key Responsibilities: Book, issue, and reissue flight tickets using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). Process ticket cancellations, refunds, and exchanges based on airline policies. Assist customers with fare calculations, baggage policies, and travel regulations. Handle group bookings and corporate travel requests. Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for ticket-related inquiries. Ensure accuracy in ticketing details and documentation. Stay updated on airline promotions, fare changes, and travel advisories.
