Nature of Job: Welding Inspector – Heavy Fabrication
Site Location: PMEL - Oragadam Chennai.
Job Description
1. Conduct weld visual inspections (VT) as per Customer specification.
2. Identify welding defects and recommend corrective actions.
3. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, repair log, and inspection records.
4. Strong knowledge of welding processes (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, Etc.)
5. Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills
6. Willingness to work in shop floor and field environments
7. Availability for shift work as needed.
