Experience in thermal design of air & liquid cooling systems, electronic cooling is a plus Skills Experience or working knowledge of various types of heat exchangers including liquid-to-air, liquid-to-liquid etc. Working knowledge of various types of pumps such as centrifugal, turbine, lobe, screw pumps etc. Working knowledge of various types of fans such as axial, centrifugal, backward, and forward curve fans. Experience of using 1D component and system modeling tools such as Coil Designer, VapSyc or any other commercially available tools. Proficiency in using programming tools such as EES, MATLAB, Visual Basic (VBA), or Python for large-set data analysis. Experience in result analysis and using tools such as ANSYS Fluent/ Icepak/ FloTherm/ Thermal Desktop or other similar tools, for analyzing various cooling & heating systems, and able to summarize conclusions is a plus. Proficiency in design using 3D CAD software tools such as SolidWorks/ Creo/ CATIA is a plus etc.

Job description for Role: Head- Thermal systems Software Experience: CATIA V6 & CATIA 3D EXPERIENCE Job Responsibilities 1. Design and develop automotive thermal systems (HVAC) used in commercial vehicles 2. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software CATIA V6 to create detailed technical drawings, Layouts and specifications for automotive components and systems. 3. Release designs and handle design changes through Product life management software - CATIA 3D EXPERIENCE 4. Participate in design review meetings for improving designs and resolving engineering challenges. 5. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure the smooth production of automotive systems and components, troubleshoot any manufacturing issues, and suggest process improvements. Required Skills 1. Strong knowledge and understanding of thermal engineering concepts & hands on experience in HVAC systems design & development 2.
