Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and passionate Theory Faculty for Hospitality / Hotel Management to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions on subjects related to Food Production, Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage Management, and soft skills as per curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom training to students on hospitality subjects (theory).
• Design lesson plans and prepare academic content in alignment with the syllabus.
• Conduct internal assessments, student evaluations, and academic reviews.
• Support students in developing professional attitudes and communication skills.
• Ensure timely completion of curriculum and syllabus targets.
• Collaborate with other faculty for academic activities, workshops, and events.
• Maintain student records and progress reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management (BHM / MHM / B.Sc. in Hotel Management or equivalent).
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in hotel/hospitality operations.
• Strong subject knowledge in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, and Hospitality Management.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Comfortable working with students from diverse backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Saturday

Timings: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Salary: ₹22000 - ₹32000 per month (based on qualifications & experience)
