TEXTILE DESIGNER- HOME TEXTILES ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Create original textile designs (prints, weaves, embroideries, jacquards, etc.) for home furnishings.
• Develop seasonal collections aligned with current trends, color forecasts, and consumer preferences.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for mass production.
• Trend & Market Research:
• Monitor home décor trends, global design influences, and competitor products.
• Attend trade shows, design fairs, and conduct market analysis for inspiration and benchmarking.
• Technical Coordination:
• Collaborate with textile mills, printers, and suppliers to translate designs from concept to final product.
• Prepare and update detailed technical design sheets and specifications for production.
• Digital Design:
• Use CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, NedGraphics, Procreate, or similar) to develop digital patterns and mock-ups.
• Ensure repeat patterns, colorways, and textures are production-ready.
• Sampling & Testing:
• Oversee prototype development and make necessary adjustments based on fabric tests or visual evaluations.
• Approve lab dips, strike-offs, and production samples for color accuracy and design fidelity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
