Job Description

Experience in creating strategy for full-stack observability, AIOps and Performance Engineering.
Proficient in using New Relic for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in installing agents, configuring alerts, creating apps and dashboards, and writing complex NRQL.
Experience in React, Java, Python, SQL.
Experience of working with complex application architecture and its technology stack.
Experience of in performance engineering, code tuning etc.
Conduct Workshop, brain-storming sessions and discussions for requirement gathering.
Deep subject matter leadership of full-stack observability and Artificial intelligence for operations excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to decompose most sophisticated performance bottlenecks; perform the root cause analysis or post-mortems.
Responsible for stakeholder communication, risk management, reporting and documentation.

Mandatory Skills: New Relic. Experience: 3-5 Years.
