Manage, train and motivate existing sales team to drive revenue growth for the area. Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team. Monitor sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads. Maintain and build a dealer network in respective area. Establish, maintain and expand areas customer base. Visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness. Develop creative promotional strategies as per the estimated needs of the customers to attract more customers and to retain the existing ones. Review and monitor performance of team members’ and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs.
