As a Territory Sales Engineer at Ayusynk.ai, you will play a crucial role in representing the company on the ground in Bengaluru. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations for medical professionals, explaining the technology in a clear and concise manner, troubleshooting issues in real-time, and promoting the sales of medical devices. Your technical expertise and product knowledge will be instrumental in influencing buying decisions and ensuring the success of Ayusynk.ai in the market. Your duties will involve delivering detailed technical product demos to doctors and healthcare staff, elucidating the technical and clinical aspects of Ayusynk, supporting the sales team with technical insights, understanding customer needs, gathering feedback for product improvement, and converting trials into purchases through effective communication and reliability. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking field activities, installations, feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product performance. To qualify for this role, you should possess a degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales, application engineering, or field deployments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to engage confidently with doctors and influence decisions based on knowledge and logic. A keen interest in healthcare innovation, willingness to travel for fieldwork and trainings, and exposure to med-tech or IoT devices are considered advantageous.
