Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bihar for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will oversee the daily operations of 10 FEA branches, ensuring the implementation of the curriculum and training programs. They will be responsible for staff management, student enrollment, performance tracking, and maintaining high educational standards. The role will also involve coordinating with local communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive learning environment for students.

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience in educational program implementation and administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
• Ability to work independently and manage 10 branches
• Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field
