Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Collection Manager, located in Agra. The Territory Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collection processes within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring and evaluating team performance, managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate records. The Territory Collection Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Collection management and customer account management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing collection strategies
• Team management and performance evaluation skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Agra
• Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
