Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Identifying business opportunities & preparing new proposals and bids.

2. Managing end-to-end tendering process from pre-qualification to final tender

submission through the bidding team.

3. Study and analyse RFQ, prepare documentations as required by Bidding team for all

stages of bids.

4. Understand business needs and make active communications for new business/ongoing

business.

5. Continuously updating tender MIS.

6. Excellent presentation skills with ability to develop and design presentations

primarily in PowerPoint / Keynote/ Slides and Excel. Strong written and verbal

communication skills.

7. Handling e-tendering registration.

8. Keeping record of documents, maintaining files and necessary documents.

9. Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts that may

be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.

10. Review of contractual documents prepared for tender e.g. agreements, MOU's,

Power of Attorney, bid capacity, BG, net worth certificate, turnover etc. Attend pre

and post tender meetings and follow-ups including business meetings /

conferences.

11. Study tender documents & prepare/arrange technical commercial documents.

12. Online tender submission on various online portals (GEM) & Offline Tender drafting and

Submission.

13. Identifying and finalizing arrangements with potential JV partners, necessary

documentation, quotations and negotiation with vendors & contractors.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in B.Tech/B.E./BCA/BA/engineering/communication/architecture/law or any other related field.
  • 14 years of experience in MIS, Pre-Sales, or Tendering roles (any one or combined).
  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Dashboards).
  • Preferred: Masters degree in any of the above fields.
  • Well-versed with Gem Portal
  • Experienced in

    creating and automating reports

    for daily, weekly, and monthly review.
  • Strong business communication- written and spoken, making presentation, and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality
