Job Description

Source business opportunities.
Tender Management including ensuring tender requirements are adequately identified and all terms and conditions are complied with.
Manage, maintain and update empanelment with Clients.
Empanelment/Evaluation of Service Providers.
Prepare techno-commercials proposals for projects (consultancy services/works).
Approval for payments of Tender fee and EMD.
Prepare, manage, maintain and update time extension proposals.
Assist in preparation of bills.
Ensure projects are closed, as per the defined process, for physical and financial completed projects.
Timely Manage, maintain and update project contractual documents.
Timely Manage, maintain and update projects database.
Timely Manage, maintain and update agreements with external parties (MOU, NDA, PSA, Rent Agreements etc.).
Timely Manage, maintain and update e-portal registrations.
Timely Manage, maintain and update digital signatures.
Manage, maintain and update statutory documents other than direct and indirect taxation, and labour related statutory compliance, related to the Company.
Issue and manage Board resolutions.
Assist in statutory compliances in coordination with Company Secretary.
