Job Description

GeM Tender Expert – Role End-to-End GeM Bidding: Identify relevant tenders, prepare documentation, and submit competitive bids on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal while ensuring full compliance with public procurement guidelines. Documentation & Compliance: Handle all statutory documents, declarations, technical datasheets, and EMDs, ensuring timely, accurate, and audit-ready submissions. Order & Contract Management: Manage post-bid activities including order acceptance, invoicing, logistics coordination, CRAC generation, and payment follow-up on GeM. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain bid records, track success rates, liaise with government buyers, and support internal teams with timely updates and tender intelligence.
