Tender Executive

Job Title: Tender Executive

Location: Kubadthal, Ahmedabad
Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and monitor relevant government and private tender opportunities (online and offline)
• Download and study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work
• Prepare and compile all required documents as per tender specifications
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical and financial inputs
• Ensure timely submission of tenders with accuracy and compliance
• Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records of tender outcomes
• Handle e-tendering portals such as GeM, CPPP, etc.
• Maintain MIS and documentation for audit and reference

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Business preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in tendering work (preferred)
• Knowledge of online tender portals like GeM, e-Procurement, etc.
• Strong command over MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
