Tender Assistant Manager

Job Description

The candidate should be a Graduate of Any with good knowledge of pharmacy, or pharmaceutical. Job Description: · Research and identify tender opportunities related to defense contracts, central government portals, CGHS, ESI, GEM, portal, state government portals, medical colleges, and other relevant sectors. · Manage the end-to-end tender process, including tender document preparation, submission, and follow-up. · Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation required for tender submissions. · Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including technical specifications, timelines, and submission guidelines. · Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, procurement officers, and potential partners. · Monitor tender portals and websites regularly to stay updated on new opportunities and changes in tender requirements. · Prepare and analyze tender documents, contracts, and agreements to identify risks and opportunities. .Have full sound knowledge and manage end to end submission, searching tenders on Gem portal · Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions, if required. · Maintain a database of tender documents, submissions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis. · Provide periodic reports and updates on tender activities to management and relevant stakeholders.
