Telesales Executive

Job Title: TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17000 per month (including performance incentives)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales executive to be part of our student outreach and admissions team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, persuasive, and committed to guiding students through one of the most important decisions of their academic life. You will play a critical role in helping prospective students and their families understand our academic programs and make informed enrolment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counselling & Engagement:

Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. Deliver comprehensive information on academic programs, admission processes, and campus offerings.

• Lead Handling & Conversion:

Manage both inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins. Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into successful enrolments.

• Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team enrolment targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Relationship Management:

Build trust-based relationships with students and their families to ensure a smooth and positive admission journey.

• CRM & Documentation:

Accurately record and track lead interactions and status updates using our CRM system to ensure transparency and performance monitoring.

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language(s)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities
• A student-first attitude with a consultative counselling approach
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to perform under pressure
• Prior experience in academic counselling, sales, or admissions is preferred but not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17000 (based on qualifications and experience)
