Job Description

We are looking for a motivated

TeleSales Executive

to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promote our products/services, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and aim to meet sales targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products or services.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate issues to the relevant departments if necessary.
  5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using the company s CRM system.
  6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas to ensure productivity targets are achieved with collection of sales revenue.
  7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information.
  8. Follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  9. Provide feedback to the management team on customer concerns, process improvements, and potential areas for product or service enhancement.
  10. Conduct outbound cold calls to present software product demo & try to convinced to convert in sales.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in telemarketing or customer support roles.
  2. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  6. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
  7. Ability to handle challenging and stressful situations with a positive attitude.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
  10. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
