The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our real estate projects, and converting inquiries into qualified leads. 📝 Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with potential buyers from generated leads. Explain project details clearly and persuasively. Schedule site visits and maintain follow-ups with interested clients. Maintain proper records of calls, responses, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with the sales and field team for smooth closures. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions. ✅ Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or inside sales (real estate preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and customer needs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
