Key Responsibilities: ✅ Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Goswami Capital’s financial products and services. ✅ Understand client needs and provide suitable product information. ✅ Fix appointments for in-person or virtual meetings with our financial advisors. ✅ Strive to close online sales where feasible (mutual funds, insurance, etc.). ✅ Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. ✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions. ✅ Handle basic client queries courteously and professionally. ✅ Coordinate with the advisory team for seamless client handover. Requirements: 🎓 Minimum qualification: 12TH PASS / Graduate (preferred: Commerce, Finance, or Business stream). 🗣 Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. 📞 Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or client servicing preferred (especially in financial services). 💻 Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email). 🎯 Target-driven with a positive attitude and persistence. ⏰ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
