Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development (M/F) to join our team and help us grow our digital marketing and web development and IT services. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in calling clients in the USA, preferably in a B2B environment, and should have end-to-end knowledge of business development. You will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales to expand our customer base. Skills & Qualifications: 2-4 years of proven experience in telecalling, sales, or business development, specifically calling clients in the USA. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) with a clear and confident telephone presence. Excellent understanding of digital marketing, web development, SEO, and other related IT services. Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Experience working in USA timings (Night shift) is a must. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
