Job Title: Tele-sales Executive (Female) Location: Delhi-NCR Experience Required: 0–2 Years Salary: ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 21,000 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are hiring a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive (Female) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive tone, and the ability to convert leads into customers over the phone. Prior experience in telesales or customer service will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone Follow up on leads generated through marketing or referrals Maintain and update customer database and call records Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Coordinate with field sales team or support departments as needed Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times Requirements: Female candidate with good verbal communication skills 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry, etc.) Fluency in [Insert Language(s) – e.g., Hindi, English, and/or regional language] Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary (No deduction if target not met) attractive incentives (more than 25k based on target/performance) Performance bonuses Weekly Payout Mobile Allowance
