Job Description

Make outbound collection calls to delinquent or defaulted customers. Follow up on outstanding payments for telecom bills, credit cards, personal loans, or EMIs. Explain billing details, due dates, and payment options clearly. Persuade customers to make payments through appropriate channels. Record all communication and update CRM systems accurately. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Escalate complex cases to supervisors as required. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills in Tamil -English,and also Telugu,malaylam Kanada]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM). Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Previous experience in collections, BPO, or customer service is preferred.
