Job Description

Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers/prospects to promote products or services. Follow communication scripts and handle customer objections effectively. Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams when necessary. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and outcomes in the CRM system. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Follow up on previous customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities. Preferred candidate profile Should be graduate Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle rejection professionally. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, patience, and persistence.
