Client Communication: Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients. Provide information about home healthcare services. Coordinate appointments and home visits. Track service delivery and follow up on pending tasks. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Escalate issues to management when needed. Data Management: Maintain accurate client records in the system. Update service details, feedback, and communication logs. Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction. Collect feedback for service improvement. Support in Sales & Marketing: Assist with lead generation and service promotion. Share packages, offers, and service plans with prospective clients.
