Job Summary: Best Property Bazar is seeking energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining property offerings, scheduling site visits, and maintaining customer follow-ups for lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential property buyers from the provided database. Explain real estate projects, offers, locations, and USPs clearly to clients. Generate and qualify leads for residential, commercial, or plot properties. Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into site visits and sales. Schedule appointments for the field sales team/site visits. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls and leads generated. Coordinate with marketing and sales team to improve conversion rates. Handle client queries professionally and build rapport.
