Job Summary: The Tele Counsellor will be responsible for handling inquiries from prospective students, guiding them about study opportunities abroad, and ensuring regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful admissions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Calling Prospective Students: * Initiate outbound calls to students interested in studying abroad. Provide detailed information on courses, universities, admission processes, and scholarships. Answer students' queries promptly and professionally. Lead Follow-Up and Management: * Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with students at different stages of the admission process. Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Lead Generation: * Identify potential leads through outbound calling, social media, and referral networks. Collaborate with the marketing team to gather quality leads from campaigns and events. Promotional Material Distribution: * Share brochures, flyers, emails, and other promotional content with prospective students. Provide up-to-date information on university events, application deadlines, and scholarships. Lead Conversion: * Counsel students to understand their educational needs and guide them in making informed decisions. Assist students in completing application forms and preparing necessary documentation. Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead conversion. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Education, or Communication). Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role in the overseas education industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
