Telecaller sales

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller – Sales to join our team. You will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or products.
• Answer customer queries effectively and professionally.
• Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM or designated systems.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales or schedule meetings.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar sales/customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in [English / Local Language / Other required languages].
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office).
• Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.
• Minimum educational qualification: [Graduate].
