Key Responsibilities:

• Research and source potential leads/data from online platforms, directories, and other digital sources.
• Call and connect with potential customers/clients based on sourced leads.
• Clearly explain our services/products over the phone in fluent English.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture potential opportunities.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and call volumes.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong internet research skills to source quality leads.
• Confidence to communicate with new people over calls.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Prior experience in telecalling / lead generation / inside sales.
