We are Hiring for Telecaller for Recruitment & Satffing Company Education : 12th to Graduate Experience : 1 to 3 Years in Telecalling Job Location : Satellite - Nr- Star Bazar Ahmedabad Languae : Tamil II Telugu II Kanda II Marathi II JOb Responsibility : Telecaller – Outbound Job Responsibilities Cold Calling / Outbound Calling Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from a provided database or list. Introduce and explain company products/services. Lead Generation & Conversion Identify prospects and generate leads through consistent calling. Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into qualified leads or appointments. Canidates Engagement Answer queries about Services / Job Profile Build rapport and maintain a professional tone in every call. Daily Reporting Accurately record customer details, feedback, and call outcomes in CRM or Excel. Share daily/weekly reports with the supervisor. Achieving Targets Meet or exceed daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Work as part of a team to meet broader sales/marketing goals. Follow-up Calls Regularly follow up on previously contacted leads or inquiries. Remind customers of appointments or pending actions, if required. Script Adherence & Compliance Follow the standard calling script and sales pitch as trained. Maintain compliance with all company policies and tele-calling norms. Contact for interview : 9624759898
