We believe in transforming lives with empathy, support, and mental health awareness. Job Role: As a Telecaller – Sales Executive , you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your responsibility will be to understand their concerns, share details about our services, and convert inquiries into enrolments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing or referrals. Explain our mental wellness programs and services in a confident and empathetic manner. Understand client needs and guide them toward suitable solutions. Follow up on inquiries, track leads, and maintain a daily call log. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Maintain a positive, patient-first attitude in all communications. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or sales experience (Freshers with strong communication are welcome). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Empathy, patience, and good listening skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
