Inbound Handling: Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying potential customers, qualifying leads based on specific criteria, and nurturing them through the sales funnel. Sales & Conversion: Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions. Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of calls, updating customer information, and generating reports on sales and customer interactions. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product features, benefits, pricing, and any relevant information to effectively communicate with customers.
