Job Title: Telecaller Location: gopalpura ,Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site) Company: Jaipur Rental Stipend : 10k - 15k + Incentives Website: www.jaipurrental.com Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Jaipur Rental’s services. Answer inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain a record of calls and update the database with relevant details. Follow up with leads regularly and coordinate appointments or site visits. Share rental listings, offers, and service details clearly and persuasively. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns. Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and patience during all interactions. Requirements: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role is a plus. Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.
