Telecaller

Department: Telecalling  Location: Noida  Job Type: Full-time  Experience Required: 0–2 years   Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting products/services, generating leads, and assisting customers. A Telecaller should be persuasive, patient, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries or complaints. Explain products/services in a clear and professional manner. Maintain customer databases and call records. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer objections and provide solutions promptly. Coordinate with sales and support teams as needed. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream. Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi. Skills & Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Confidence in speaking with strangers over the phone. Positive attitude and persuasive nature. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel is an advantage. Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
