Job Description

Tele Sales Officers

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the lead database.
  • Explain course offerings, eligibility criteria, and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments by effectively following up.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of calls, leads, and student data in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
  • Collaborate with the counseling and academic teams to ensure aligned communication.
  • Participate in regular training to stay updated on new courses and admissions procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (required).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi (English and Bengali are a plus).
  • Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, BPO, or EdTech is a bonus.
