Job Description

Tele-Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling & email campaigns
Pitch basic features and benefits of the ERP product
Schedule demos for the Product Specialist team
Update and manage lead data in CRM
Daily Follow ups.
Meet weekly/monthly lead qualification targets

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree (mandatory)
1-2 years experience in lead generation or inside sales (preferably IT/software industry)
Excellent verbal communication in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
Self-motivated with good persuasion skills
Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office
