Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Utilize convincing power to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

0 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or a related field.
Strong convincing power and excellent verbal communication skills.
Proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Familiarity with credit card products and services is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Must be based in or willing to work from Kanpur, Lucknow, or other locations in Uttar Pradesh.

This is a full-time position with a day schedule, offering an annual salary of 1,00,000.
