Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle a high volume of inbound and/or make outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospective leads. Listen attentively to understand their needs, concerns, and inquiries. Provide accurate, clear, and comprehensive information regarding products, services, processes, or programs (e.g., educational courses, financial products, technical support, customer service issues). Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, or escalations with a professional and empathetic approach. Guide callers through relevant processes, troubleshooting steps, or application procedures. Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with callers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure comprehensive client support and smooth operations. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
