Job Description:
We are hiring entry-level Telecallers to join our admissions and counseling team. As a Telecounselor, you will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing course information, and scheduling counseling appointments. This paid internship provides valuable experience in education counseling and admissions support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students regarding our career courses
• Handle inbound inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, and social media
• Maintain call logs and follow-up sheets
• Schedule counseling sessions and assist walk-in students
• Meet weekly calling and lead conversion targets

Requirements:

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp
• A confident and polite phone presence
• Willingness to learn and grow in an education-based role
• Freshers, recent graduates, or final-year students are encouraged to apply
