Job Description

Location:GoWork,Sec-20, Gurugram. Job Type:Full-Time / Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and generating sales or leads. --- Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services. * Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. * Maintain a database of customer information and call records. * Understand customer needs and offer solutions or alternatives. * Schedule appointments or product demonstrations where required. * Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. * Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. * Maintain a professional and positive tone during all interactions. --- Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. * Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. * Excellent verbal communication skills in English * Good knowledge of CRM tools and telephone systems. * Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team. --- Preferred Skills: * Fluency in multiple languages(English * Prior experience in industries e.g., real estate, insurance, education. * Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry). Salary:near 25 k Working Hours:9:30 am to 6:30pm Monday to Saturday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,298.82 - ₹30,770.36 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
